Hey everyone! I am part of the March 2021 CSVICU cohort! wondering if anyone else is starting on any unit in march....having trouble scheduling an NCLEX date because everywhere withing 120 miles is booked LOL

I didn't get an offer for the NICU. WHich is okay! I had just accepted a job at Medstar Washington on their CSICU so super excited about that!

Maybe a week? And I think it went well, may be a few weeks till I find out though.

I believe that they only consider one application (one unit) at a time...probably so that multiple units don't try to hire the same person..? I interviewed for the NICU yesterday and my other two applications are still under review

No. I applied Tuesday afternoon ish. I had issues on Monday with my browser as well. Took a little while for me to figure it all out

I applied to a few units. my NICU application when from under review to evaluation in progress today

Did you guys find out about merit scholarships and such in your acceptance letters?

After paying the deposit how long did it take you all to get an email to set everything up. I have been waiting awhile

Provisional Admit just means you have pre reqs in progress still and you have to get at least a B in all of them or else they will revoke your acceptance

Has anyone gotten an email?

Are we seriously hearing back mid october?? Thats so soon. Im really nervous

Is anyone here applying to any other schools? I want to have other choices just in case but a lot of schools don't seem to have spring admission for nursing sadly

Hey! I know this post is really old but I hope you may still be checking your account. I saw that you got accepted and was wondering what class you took to fulfill NYU's texts & ideas prerequisite course. Its the only course I still need to take and I don't want to take it at NYU. I have called and emailed them and they haven't been able to help me I hope you can. Thank you!

I did. They sent me to a page I already saw and it doesn't help figure out what classes would transfer

Im considering applying as a transfer to NYU next spring and want to start the program then and wanted to see if anyone else is considering transfer since most of the discussions on here are for the accelerated program. Also the only prerequisite course I am missing is their Text & Ideas course and I don't know what kind of course to take to fulfill it. So if anyone knows a class that would count please let me know!!!
