  1. I am a fairly new RN, I am having a hard time finding a job, due to no experience. The one job I did get was 7 12hours and 7 days off. I guess that was Okay, but most of the time we worked 14 or 15 hours. I hardly ever had any time with my husband, so he wanted me to quit, and the job wasn't what I was looking to do. I want to work in a clinic, but then again no experience and here in my area clinics only hire LPNs. So does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get hired at a clinic?
  2. I am a new nurse, I am 57 years old and I do not have any experience, all the jobs that I have applied for require experience. One site that I am applying to online ask 3 questions and I don't know how to answer them. I would greatly appreciate any input from fellow nurses. 1. What motivates you in a professional setting? 2. What are the 3 top values you look for in an employer? 3. In what areas did you excel in your last position. Thanks in advance for advice. Deborrah

My questions are how to answer What motivates you in a professional setting? What are the top 3 values you look for in an employer? Can someone help with some answers to these questions?
