NMC Required Medical Tests
Most, if not all, agencies require you to undergo blood tests esp to blood borne illnesses but the results of these won't deny you from working in UK. They are only concern of TB and other illnesses listed as a national threat. Furthermore, the will not test you for liver enzymes, if that concerns you.

applying for NCLEX - Philippines Trained Nurse
First, it is better to choose a state where their BON has a website, like TX for example. You can start from there. All the instructions for foreign nurses aiming to land a job in the state are available on the website.

NMC Required Medical Tests
You only need the Declaration of Good Health signed by a GP you are not working with or not currently in your employment. I believe having those values won't declare you unfit to work.

2017 NMC UK Decision Letter
Asking for a friend who is on queue for CoS: Will the variances in IOM results (referring to blood works, excluding TB results) delay your CoS? Or can cause rejection of employment? UKVI doesn't necessarily require these tests to be run aside from TB test in order to qualify and have visa. Are all agencies the same with these protocols?

NMC 2018 Decision Letter
Good day! I would like to ask if you have employment gap from the time you resigned in your hospital until the time you applied for NMC. If so, you should indicate it in your resume (below or last page) about the gap you have. Furthermore, I believe you have submitted to them a valid Board Certificate. Lastly, you might want to reach them thru calling them on phone. There are IDD promos you can avail so you won't be paying so much.

US Citizen DID NOT take Philippine Board Exam
It depends on which state you are in. I think NJ doesn't require you to be licensed in the country where you took your degree but other states does. Some of my classmates before who are US citizens took the board exam because their states require them to while others didn't because they are residing in NJ. I hope this helps.

Can I work to other countries before working in the US?
Yes, absolutely. We are on the same boat but instead of Germany, I will be working in UK. I have been looking for healthcare facilities in US that will hire with a year of clinical experience but to no avail so I am opting to work in UK to satisfy their requirements. NCLEX license will not expire so you can change your mind anytime you want. May I ask what agency you signed a contract with regarding your American Dream?
