As for me I transferred there from Bronx community, completed math 104 and eng 201 and applied for nursing. Keep me posted and good luck. Also be sure to find out if they are going to accept the outside math.

Yes you can apply because I applied while I was in the process of doing math 104. So go ahead and do it. Try to get A's in these classes. Study for Kaplan and good luck.
