I read the heading wrong, forgot there was an "and" LOL. Awesome! Thank you guys! I emailed Audrey and she said LPNs have to wait for a little bit to do the background check until we hear back from our Academic Chair. I was gonna do it today to get it out of the way. Looking at the curriculum, I see there are only 4 nursing classes for the whole LPN-RN program. ?

Just a little update. So the nursing department sent me the orientation info in the email today and the heading says "LPN-RN EVENING STUDENTS". I didn't expect to be placed in the evening program. When I applied it didn't specify anything about day or evening so I figured the LPN-RN was only offered in days. I'm guessing it's just Ammerman or they have expanded the program considering there's a lot of LPNs that applied. What do you guys think?

I have not received any info yet from thr Ammerman Campus. Did anyone try to get in touch with them? I want to search up the professors on RateMyProfessor lmao but obviously we can't do that yet until we know who our professors are LOL.

I didn't receive such email yet. Probably because I'm from a different campus? IDK but that's sooo exiciting! And yes, I already paid my deposit. I made sure of that! lmao. So I guess all lectures are gonna be online then. OMG

Hi All! I got accepted into the LPN-RN Program in the Ammerman campus! Question for you guys that got in, did you guys receive the nursing information packet for Spring 2021? I've been browsing the Suffolk website and was just wondering what the curriculum is going to look like.

It's a waiting game at this point :D. Yes, expect your name to be listed on the website at least 2 weeks from your test and your license and registration for another 2 weeks since online verification. I just received my physical license and registration today. So yeah, 4 weeks in total haha

What did they tell you when you called? I'm gonna call them tomorrow and see what's going on. LOL

Did they end up giving you your license number on the phone?

Oh WOW!! I'll give them a call tomorrow then. I'd rather know my status so I can take action ahead of time rather than waiting and waiting and doing nothing about it LOL. I thought contacting them would even delay the process but we also have the right to know what's going on.

I sent a "contact us form" but haven't heard from them yet. I also contacted my school what could be the problem but haven't heard from them either. All I know is, if ever I had a problem with school requirements they would have notified me before even being eligible to take the NCLEX. Oh well, I guess this is just a waiting game LOL

I thought about that too. I applied on May 4th for LPN. I don't know if your post refers to getting an RN license but either way, the processing might differ.

It's been 2 weeks and 2 days today and my name is not posted yet. ? I'm very nervous! I'm trying to figure out what could possibly go wrong other than the fact that they are busy during a pandemic and that there are a lot of applicants. I guess NY is just backed up?

Took the NCLEX-PN on June 16th and passed. Tomorrow will be exactly 2 weeks since my test date. I'll check again.
