My friend got his NCLEX results this morning and he passed. Check your mail also.

My friend also has not yet received his NCLEX results. I have another friend who took her exam last Dec 18 '05 and she got her passing results already last week. They both live in Paranaque City, Philippines but my friend who took his exam on the Dec 15 '05 still has no results yet. Maybe its just the unfortunately slow postal delivery system in Manila. Dont lose hope! Just keep praying.

I have a friend who also took the NCLEX in HK on Dec. 15, 05. He also has not yet received any results. I think you cant check CA BON website for your sister's name to appear if she passed unless she has a US Social Security Number. Anyway, they say results will probably be received this week or by next week. My friend also has been worried sick for days. Goodluck and I hope & pray all of you passed.

Hi odobodoko, Congratulations for passing your NCLEX! Just like to ask if you included your ITIN in your NCLEX application? I have a small blue paper card that says Social Security on top and "Not for Employment" with my Name and series of numbers. Is this the same as ITIN? I got this number many years ago to get a CA DMV-license. I dont live in the US, I just visit on tourist visa. I'm asking because I didnt put that number on my NCLEX application. I have an ATT already and will be taking my exam on March 06 in HK. I have a friend who took the exam on Dec. 15 also in HK but has no news yet about his results. I've had one for a long time now but its the one that says not for employment. I got it in California and used in to open a bank account and get a DMV license. So its ok for me not to put it in my VSC application? Thanks again Suzanne.

I have a nursing school batchmate who left last month to wait for her NCLEX ATT and take NCLEX in Texas. She said she was held by immigration after taking her biometrics. She doesnt really know what they saw in their computers but they asked her lots of questions like did she come to the US to take the NCLEX and work. She was then taken to a holding room and two immigration officers questioned her again and even opening 7 inspection all her bag contents. My friend made a bad move in bringing with review CDs for NCLEX and her Philippine nursing license card and they found that too. She said she was really panicking and stummering to answer their questions. She said she pretended she doesnt speak english very well and played dumb and the officers eventually let her go. She was even given 6 months stay. I guess we'll just have to be very careful in how we answer immigration. Also never bring any nursing materials of any kind, books, cds, licenses, and any documents pertaining to nursing. I think its safer to mail by courier all our nursing documents to an address in the US rather risk being questioned by immigration. Regards to all.

Hello everyone, Just like to ask if I put my SSN on the Visa Screen application expidite its processing. I didnt put my SSN on my NCLEX application but I already received my ATT from BRN-California. I passed my IELTS already and has been received by CGFNS, unfortunately I will be taking my second CGFNS exam on March 8, 2006. I've read that it takes a while to process the VSC, just wanted to know if this could give me a head start. I'll will take my NCLEX in Hong Kong in March '06 right after my CGFNS exam. I have a US tourist visa and am also thinking of going to the US after I recieve my results, look for an employer, get a lawyer and apply for change of status. I've heard also of some people who entered the US on tourist visa and was held by immigration because they found out through biometrics that they have application for NCLEX or have taken NCLEX. Any truth to this? Any opinions/suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.
