Just accepted a position with Medical City Children’s NICU!

I believe they do after your residency! I think during residency it’s just the stipend of $1000 bi-weekly with alternating nights and days, just from what the girls told me! I believe the shift diff is for nights and weekends and I believe it starts around 7? Any luck on a call today?

Not yet! I was told the hiring manager is making decisions today so we may not get a call until tomorrow or Friday

I just interviewed with Medical City Children’s NICU yesterday! They said they have 6 spots open (some of those spots are for other employees looking to transfer). She said they would make a decision today and let the recruiter know by tomorrow (Wednesday). Good luck!

Yep! I spoke with the department this morning and was told letters will go out any day now! Good luck everyone!!!

I was just told that they do not send emails, and are not attempting a new way of communication this semester, but the normal way as a letter. Not sure why that girl said she received an email, weird. Anyone get letters or call yet?

It will be worth it! I will be taking 380 down every day as well from 423.

Maybe they just give out generic answers until they are mailed out. Who knows

I live in The Colony! I just called and they said at least two more weeks she thinks.

I heard from the grapevine they may try something different this semester, but who knows!!

Traditionally they have always mailed it, but i heard they may email this year. Still would be sure to check both. As I said earlier, my friend already received a rejection in email!!

Your grades are great!! I was nervous about having 3 B's but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'm hoping no email right now means good news lol!!

For some reason I'm not getting notifications on my email when people post here. I applied May 21st! Send physical copy of sealed transcript along with emailed copy to be sure. Science grades were: BIO: B AP1: B AP2: B MICRO: A Was told my PSB looked great too. Fingers crossed. One girl in my class told me she received an email that she was rejected already due to high # of competitors. Anyone else receive an email?!

Call the nursing department and ask! I don't see why not if its the PSB-RN!

Where do you have PSB from? I was unaware that other schools nearby used it, I thought it was only Collin that uses it in this area

Hello everyone! I am applying to the RN program here at collin for fall 2018 semester. and was hoping to start a new thread for others also applying for Fall 2018. I am currently in AP2 and micro and just took my PSB today! We are still 4 months out and the anticipation is killing me. Curious what other peoples stats are! My PSB ones are below. Some areas I didnt do great in, but I was told the areas I scored 90's in are ones they look at especially! Odd, I would think they would look at Science but was told its not as important of a factor. AR- 75 NE- 99 AA- 91 SP- 75 RC- 94 INS- 70 VAI- 94 Bio-B Ap1- B AP2 & Micro currently taking but on strong road for definite B's, maybe an A in micro! Good luck everyone!
