  1. Did you ever find out the answer? I may send an email and reach out if not. Thank you!
  2. Does anyone have any insight on how the interview is like? For example more clinical questions based on your specialty or emotional intelligence? It says to expect a one hour block but I'm wondering what that entails.
  3. I've been a nurse for three years. One year in a medical surgical unit and two in the neuro ICU. Both at a level one hospital in Charlotte.
  4. @aleksduran22 This is my first year applying. I interviewed with TCU earlier this year but was unfortunately denied. Other schools I've applied to but are still waiting to hear back are Charlotte, MUSC and UNCG.
  5. Has anyone else heard back since 9/18? I'm wondering if they are sending invites every week...
  6. Hopefully we hear something soon. It looks like all further interviews (at least for the next few weeks) are only on Tuesday's- instead of Tuesday and Thursday- so maybe they have time to review applicants and extend offers after this week. Good luck to everyone!
  7. I received an email today that the second group will be notified before November 6 for interview dates December 14 and December 15. I believe this is a little bit later than last year's cohort.
  8. I know this is an old thread and a long shot but could anyone accepted/ at UNCG now possibly drop their Instagram @ so I can send a DM and ask some questions. Thanks in advanced.
  9. I got my decision but it's a no for me. Congrats to everyone who gets in though!
  10. @CardsRN2CRNA Congratulations on the interview! I am finishing up my application now so I will be apart of the November interviews if offered. This program is definitely more competitive, I think in the past they only offer nine spots per interview session. Although I heard a rumor they may be increasing this number by a few spots. Let me know how your interview goes.
  11. @Brazilian nurse It went well. The whole interview process lasted about thirty minutes between the two. Everyone was very nice so hopefully I get some good news back!
  12. I interviewed about two hours ago and I just got it
  13. I'm applying out of state so I do not know about specific hospitals but I would accept the one with the higher acuity patients- a level one trauma hospital ideally.
  14. Good luck to everyone interviewing these next few days!
  15. How long is each interview? I feel like I e heard 10 minutes for each but that seems shorter than expected.
  16. I finished my application for the September deadline. Does anyone happen to know how many people apply vs interviewed vs accepted? Good luck to everyone!
  17. Does anyone know if this EQ-I form is new for this year or if it has been done for past groups? I've heard/read from older cohorts that TCUs interviews can be heavily EI based, but I wonder if they will change that if this form is a new addition.
  18. I went to an information session earlier this year and they told us they get about 300 applications and they have about 120-140 interviews and admit 65-75.
  19. Well... this isn't fun LOL. Maybe it will be next week...
