  1. that sounds good, i'll probably look into other adn to bsn programs as well because in two years granted that i make it through nursing school, i may want to move from the island; however, thanks for the info, it's good that our acceptance lines up with the bridge program to take a certain class during the summer so no time is necessarily lost
  2. the deadline is April 6th
  3. congrats akawata
  4. or just who doesn't complete the overall steps leading up to the start of the semester.
  5. it pretty much comes down to who of the accepted opt out of the program or forget to turn in their acceptance form and where you stand among the alt. listed
  6. I didn't see any changes on star
  7. Okay sounds good. If you could let me know when you find out that'd be awesome. I'm also considering bridging over once I graduate from KCC.
  8. I read your thread on KCC and Manoa. I was wondering how Manoa's program is faster than KCC's in regard to reaching a BSN? I thought we could bridge after graduation and obtain the BSN in a year.
  9. thanks guys, good luck with your results and hopefully we can all be in orientation as accepted students
  10. That's awesome. My girlfriend graduated from the BSN program, the three year not the bridge. She said KCC students seemed really competent during clinicals, maybe because a large amount of them have had work experience. I guess it's about cost at this point and atmosphere for you.
  11. I got accepted guys.
  12. My letter came in today. I'm not home but my mom told me it came in the mail. I'll post the results.
  13. Those are awesome stats. I'd be surprised if you didn't get in. Did the advisers give you a date when they'd send the letters out?
  14. One of the counselors was saying that around 70% of the classes usually consist of students with work or training experience. I'd say you're still in a decent position, especially since they consider lower than that expected 78% TEAS scores.
  15. My stats currently are: Pre-reqs - A's Co-reqs - A's TEAS - 84% Exp - None This is gonna be my application stats. The science section of the TEAS was more specific than I thought. But good luck.
