Good Luck everyone is waiting for the same thing. NY is not going to release it. People have been waiting for two years already. Many people have just retested in Florida instead of keep waiting for probably nothing at the end. They are only letting people get licenses from schools that are nationally accredited from Florida not approved schools.

She is not the first person that has had a problem getting into the hospital from schools that were on any Florida list. Many hospitals got rid of people who were working for them if they came from any school on any Florida list as there are a few lists. Home care and some nursing homes will still take you but options are slim.

This is true what this person is saying. What was happening was when you didn't pass the exit exam the school would put withdraw on your file so that meant you could not graduate with a diploma. Then those students would go to Florida and do a Review for the weekend pass a few exams and there name would be sent to the Board to get there Att. NY never said send your Diploma they just ask for your transcripts and these schools in Florida would take you if you were in your last semester or failed the exit exam . Then give you there transcripts from the new school as long as you could prove you went to a prior nursing school. Then you would recieve a diploma from the new school many many people were doing this. So the person who wrote above is totally correct what they are saying.

Was told by Nys that every school in the State of Florida has been placed on hold for Education Review and until investigation is over. Before they were taking from the above list but as of yesterday all schools in the State of Florida has been put on hold.

Called Nys Board of Nursing today and was told that ALL Florida Schools have been placed on Hold for Education Review and until investigation is over just an FYI Folks.

So true you .The sky's are the limit once you have attended a program and get licensed. There are many opportunities.

Be careful with TechniPro Institute they are on the New York Board for review that means that NY will not let you test or give you a license or reciprocity your license and they won't send the pass score to any other state neither so you will be stuck till the investigation is over and it may take a very long time so be careful.

If you look on the internet. There is a list of schools that may accept you for a BSN. Try colleges that accept students from approved nursing schools that are not accreditated. There was a list of about 20 schools that you could go to for the BSN.

The police came to the job to arrest one of them for fraud. The job found out the diploma was not legit. The other not sure.

My coworker worked in two seperate places in the last 5 months and two people got their license taken away they never went to school and got a license fraudulenty. I think how they got caught was something wasn't adding up when the employer did there check so yes they took it away not sure where they so called went to school.

They are starting to look into it. A couple of licenses were already taken away.
