Hi All! I will be starting with St. David in July! Ahhhhh! L&D! I was wondering when we could expect to get our physical and drug testing done....I want to take a little trip before starting full time but don’t want to miss deadlines for those! Thank you for any help! Amy T.

Oh dang! I'm sorry to hear that! Glad she is recovering and doing better. That definitely helps me be more patient. How did you find this out?

I'm CEC, and haven't gotten anything yet either. Also I noticed the EVC and RR calendars were posted but CEC hasn't posted one. If we're similar we don't do our dosage exam until Wed and then our 1105 skills check off until Friday. Which makes me a little happy cause its a little more time to ask questions and get used to our labs.

I will be going to CEC! ? Have you submitted all your castlebranch stuff? That is due Aug 1st.

Nursing Website says that the emails with placement and next instructions will be sent out on Tuesday 21st not today. So we have to wait until tomorrow!

Who said that? I would just go off what the Nursing Page says about the 2nd week, and then probably add a week or two since ranking was delayed. ? None of the girls from my skills class (1st half of spring) have gotten acceptance letters.

The ACC Nursing Page says: "Acceptance letters are sent to each applicant in order of rank until all available seats in the class are filled." So those that scored the highest will receive emails first, doesn't matter if it's your first or second time applying. The only advantage re-applicants have is the extra 5 points added to their calculation.

Sadly, it doesn't mean anything except you submitted an application. They put everyone through the motions and the only thing that means you get accepted is the actual acceptance letter. I got the email too, I did read that they are sending out ranking emails early April!!

Still haven't received either letter, but I'm pretty sure you either get accepted or a ranking showing where you're at. But I don't know for sure!

You need scrubs, don't have to be teal, and closed toe shoes. You won't need any other supplies for skills, those will be provided. Possibly a watch when you get to vital signs...but we haven't started that module yet!
