Medtexx.com but I believe the PICC line cert is only for RN's.

Medtexx is listed as a memeber of the BBB in Orlando. After talking to a friend of mine that is where she got her PICC certification through for home health. Seems to be a pretty reputable company. I am going to call them about the course. Dawn

Does anyone know anything about this company? They are offering a course in Memphis on March 25th and I need to go (missed the one at school after graduation). Also I take my boards on the 8th of Jan. wish me luck. Dawn

This may sound like a dumb question but here goes. After you get your NP certification can you further specialize like in cardiology or trauma? I would like to eventually do pediatric cardiology/intensive care maybe even add neonatal. Just not sure what the rank and file is for this. any input is welcome. Thanks. dawn

I am currently an LPN student and would like to get my NP. I have a BS in Mgmt and I am thinking about going straight into a direct entry MSN program. Has anyone had any experience with this any tips advice? I am currently in West Tennessee. Relocation is not a problem. Thanks in advance. Dawn

Hi all, I am currently an LPN student and we are having to do drug cards for about 100 drugs. We have to put the antidote (if there is one and we can't use charcoal) on the card. Anyone know of a good reference for this info? I have 2 drug books and they really dont give me what I need. Thanks for the help. Dawn
