You don't have to have a DC license in hand before applying. I am coming from Missouri to the DC area, so I would be applying by endorsement or examination (still figuring out which is best since my school already made us turn in paperwork in early February). There are a lot of great hospitals in DC with Georgetown being one of the best.

I got invited to interview for Georgetown in Feb.! How is the interview process? Any suggestions on how to prepare? When you applied what were your primary interest areas? How is the cost of living in comparison to the new grad RN pay? What unit will you be working on? Sorry for all the questions lol I'll be coming from Missouri. Any updates on Georgetown? I just received an invitation to interview in Feb. I also applied to WHC this week, and I am waiting to hear back from them.
