  1. You don't have to have a DC license in hand before applying. I am coming from Missouri to the DC area, so I would be applying by endorsement or examination (still figuring out which is best since my school already made us turn in paperwork in early February). There are a lot of great hospitals in DC with Georgetown being one of the best.
  2. Awesome! I had my interview and it went very well! What areas would you recommend living? I know the cost of living is fairly high there. Did you receive relocation benefits as well? You can email me if you would prefer that over this.
  3. Yes, you do. The only thing I have left to do is submit my letter of intent and my application will be complete.
  4. Congratulations! I applied for the Spring cohort. I got invited to interview for the New Grad Day in Feb.! Could you tell me about your interview experience? Are you from the DC area? What is the pay/salary that they offer new grads? I'm not from the DC area and would like to get a good feel before I go for the interview. Again, congratulations!!
  5. I got invited to interview for Georgetown in Feb.! How is the interview process? Any suggestions on how to prepare? When you applied what were your primary interest areas? How is the cost of living in comparison to the new grad RN pay? What unit will you be working on? Sorry for all the questions lol I'll be coming from Missouri. I'm really excited because I know the application process was rigorous itself, and I really want the opportunity.
  6. Any updates on Georgetown? I just received an invitation to interview in Feb. I also applied to WHC this week, and I am waiting to hear back from them.
  7. Hey! I just applied as well. I graduate in May 2018. I just took the battery test so hopefully good news comes back! Have you taken it yet? What did you think about it?
