  1. So, sadly I had to withdraw from the program. It seems amazing, but I am going to be attending one closer to home. I hope this helps someone else get in!
  2. So... sorry to bring up a negative topic, but how are people feeling about the cost? I'm filling out loan forms and have had a few panic attacks. I've calculated $180,000 for tuition + health insurance alone.
  3. Thank you!!!
  4. Hello! Does anyone happen to know when people on the waiting list typically get updates? I know acceptances/declination were to be turned in last week. Thank you!
  5. I think it'd be nice, as someone who was waitlisted last year, if anyone who's accepted but not attending could write so here. There's so much to do once you get accepted that I think it'd be helpful to know there's a chance. Just an idea :).
  6. Thank you so much! I just sent an email :)
  7. You are awesome!! I'll try to PM you my information. I can't wait :)!!
  8. It's under the "status" tab. It was hard to find on my phone.
  9. Waitlisted for FNP. Congrats to everyone who got in! I met some lovely people at the interview.
  10. Hello! Huge favor if it's possible: I was not able to go to the Admitted Students Day because of scheduling but I am coming to Atlanta this weekend. If there are any current students/people who know the school well who could meet up sometime Sat-Monday, I'd really appreciate the chance to pick you brain/take you or for a coffee or other beverage of your choice. I'm so excited-I've never been to Atlanta before and can't wait to learn all about the school. Thank you!!
  11. You applied early enough to have a good shot of getting in!
  12. I've only heard from Emory and USC (PA program). Stressful time of year!!
  13. The MEPN who chatted with us the longest (whose name I forgot but who was really nice, hi if you're on here!) really detailed the life of a MEPN. It sounds intense--2 years worth of education in 11 months. From what I remember, most people have classes Monday-Wed and then clinical on Thursday and Friday, or some mix of those. Tests are on Sundays. The first quarter sounds a little brutal, but it was good to get that honesty. There are also electives during the lunch hour, which are pass/no pass and sound pretty interesting. Oh, and always be on the lookout for free lunch! It was nice meeting everyone!
  14. Thank you for finding that, and I will see you in a few days (!!!!).
  15. Thank you for replying and giving such great insight!
