  1. You will be entertained and...It's awesome to be back in college again.
  2. It's still a drop in the bucket. She is very nice to settle with them. If it was me, I wouldn't just sue for what happened to me but to some sort of how our laws protect rights of criminals. Let's face it, there are criminals who are treated better than innocent ones. I'm not implying that medical staff should just hand patient's information to anyone. There is something that can be done with it without having cops to lose their mind. After all, we all want to do the right thing and keep our job with integrity.
  3. I wouldn't accept it. Been there, done that from non medical field profession. I sued for a change. It was eating my life out but worth the fight. There are people out there who aggressively pressure you to break policies and rules or laws, twist your arms for them when they have other options. They don't want to wait. Their attitude, "I don't care about you but me. Do things I told you to do."
  4. That's something you want to think through... Caring for delicate people, I think we will be always trimming our nails.A profession without pretty nails or keep your nails. Lol
  5. Look at the cost of living in all states, and your chance of getting accepted. Good nursing schools usually are judged by their NCLEX results. Where I am, the way I spend money, a salary of CNA gives me a very comfortable life and I live in a very good neighborhood. However, I can't extend my money when I want to help or buy a house.I drive a 20 year old car which runs 28miles per gal in the city and 32 miles per gal in the highway, cheap insurance. I know basic skills to maintain or repair my car, so this has been saving me from paying a labor of an auto mechanic. Living out of our means is what causing anxieties. Good luck in your journey.
  6. When I took TEAS test on ATI, I scored 63% in the reading comprehension which was a preassessment. My school requires a minimum of 80% in order to be accepted. Anyway, my exam will be in 3 months. I'm a slow reader and I struggle to relate in this section. I wonder how I did well in math and sciences having a poor reading comprehension skill like this. It causes me to feel inadequate that I can't think or apply logical conclusions in the English reading comprehension. I need your suggestions. How do I improve?
  7. It depends on your ability to think, learn, and memorize which include how much time you have in your hands and organization skills. I wouldn't take them in the same semester for the sake of my grades. Lab class alone is 3 hours per week. If you don't mind hustle and bustle, it's doable.
