Yes, someone I know just did. It is a small specialty hospital and they don't normally hire new grads. But she has some inside connections. They cobbled together a preceptorship.

I haven't heard anything from CHI either. :( I applied for Summer 2020 and again for Fall 2020. My top choice was Women's Services, then procedural, then Med Surg. I was willing to work any shift, but only for Woodlands/Vintage location.
I know this is an older thread, but thought I'd update for us Covid-19 testers. I took my ATI NCLEX prediction exams as part of my nursing program. In February of 2020 I got a 96% and then in April of 2020 I got a 98%. I graduated in May and took...

I did this morning, but at a different location. Some questions were: What made you decide to become a nurse? Tell us about a time you went above and beyond to create patient/customer satisfaction. Tell us about a challenging personality you've de...
I haven't gotten an e-mail yet either. My stats are: TEAS- math= 100% and reading= 87% cumulative GPA= 3.89 math/science GPA=3.78 I did turn in all of my vaccinations/titers on time.
I also live in The Woodlands. I was waitlisted at UTH for summer 2018 admission, then didn't get off the waitlist. I didn't reapply for fall 2018 because the more I thought about it, the more I dreaded the drive. So now all my hopes are pinned on ...
