Hi Leah! I tried to PM you but Apparently I'm not qualified to do so yet. I live in The Woodlands too and the commute was concerning me as well, but The Woodlands actually has a transport system that goes to the Med center mon-Friday!

hopefully we hear back sooner. I got into UTH and TWU and they have deadlines to accept. UTH also makes you put down a $200 deposit. If I get into Sam I'll most likely give my seat up.

My UTH portal still hasn't updated for me to accept. Is anyone else having this issue?

I got my acceptance at 10:41 as well! my portal still says application under review for some reason so I think they're trying to update their information systems still. Stats Hesi 91% overall 3.68 Math and science 3.8

I was accepted to TWU as well but I really want UTH. The wait for a decision is honestly so ridiculous. Have you started all of the vaccines/titters for TWU yet? I haven't even registered for classes yet because I'm still waiting to hear back from UTH.

Hi has anyone completed the scholarship application for UTHSC? It has the option to fill it out before you've been admitted but I'm not 100% sure if you're supposed to or not?

I am starting this thread to connect with other students who are applying to get into SHSU nursing program this upcoming fall. I applied last Fall but unfourtunatley my application was lost due to technical difficulties( most likely from the hurricane). Anyways feel free to post any scores, questions, or knowledge you have in regards to the program!
