Once I got my employee ID I was able to use the credits they give to purchase scrubs through the organization. However I was told if I didn't get the scrubs in time I would have to purchase plain navy scrubs.

The posting are closed but from what a friend of mine was told by the recruiter they will have another new grad program sometime around May. So just be on the look out. Hope that helps!

You just have to keep checking... they are posted periodically and taken down randomly. Good luck! :)

I received a call today for Mercy Gilbert new grad program, however I have accepted another position. if you're still waiting to hear back from them be on the look out! a friend of mine also received a call today.

Well best of luck to you! After my interview I never heard anything so I'm guessing I won't hear anything. I have recently accepted an offer somewhere else...so I guess it all worked out :) if I do hear anything I will try to update this just to show how long it could take.

I applied but have not heard anything. a friend of mine completed the assessment but has not heard anything back. did the recruiter contact you right away after completing it or did it take a couple days?

oh okay, Thank you so much for responding. I just interviewed for east valley today with "M" however did not receive an on the spot job offer. so im feeling discouraged after reading others experiences.

Well, I see people have viewed this post so I guess I will just post about my experience so far. I applied for the east valley new grad program on 11/30/17. I did not hear anything until 01/18 to set up an interview. I interviewed 01/23. My interviewed was at the mesa corporate office and received an email confirming my interview with directions to the office. I was asked which hospitals were near me and if I had a unit preference and if I had a shift preference. The recruiter stated there were about 10-15 positions open for east valley right now and they were mostly med-surg units. The interview consisted of about 5-7 behavioral questions and lasted about 20 minutes. At the end of the interview she stated I would hear back by Friday (01/26) this week or next Monday (01/29).

From what I understand, st. Joes hires new grads and does there own training. Chandler and mercy Gilbert are the ones who do new grad cohorts. Hope that helps!

My status also changed to under hiring manager review. I applied to day & night at chandler and to the day posting for mercy Gilbert (idk if there was a night posting. Yeah but a lot of the posts were from a while ago, like 2008. If I find out anything else I'll let you know! Did you do any clinicals, externship, or volunteering with dignity?

Oh awesome, I just checked and it looks like it was taken down. I tried searching for info on dignity's hiring process but didn't find much. Do you know anything about their timeline? I did find they will contact us with a pre-interview email. It will have a math test and some questions.

Wow! Congrats to everyone who received an offer! I have yet to hear anything good or bad. But I will let everyone know if I do, just in case anyone else would like to know. Good luck to everyone!
