I HATE Working as a CNA in a Nursing Home (RN student)
Something similar happened to me. But one of my cousin actually said it to me. She worked in a hospital. Suddenly, she turned her back on me bc I am a BSN student. "I feel like we do all the dirty work while the RNs get the pay." Working in the Healthcare field, you'll get a lot of this. As a BSN-RN student you can learn how to open your eyes to what they mean. Most of the care partners already know your scope of practice and so explaining what your scope of practice won't make a change. Changing the subject is "bandaid nursing" not going to help either. Nursing is patient centered, all HCP are there for the patient. Together lets learn how to respect each other. Prioritizing is critical. Patient first. Last but not least deal with the gossip and talk to manager if things doesnt change. Worse to worse, get a new job and continue with school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never give up for someone who is probably not happy with their pay and have made you the target. Please become a RN and show the world what you have to offer!

Most likely have to retake some courses. In California, science courses are up to date for 1-2 years to take the NCLEX, my recent eligibility to test states it. I assume you have graduated from nursing school, try contacting your nursing school if they can help you

HELP! How to Retake NCLEX after failing
I have a few questions if someone who experienced this can answer them. I failed the NCLEX September, 2017. I do not know how reapplying works since BRN does not answer calls and is vague about the instructions. Prefereably someone who took it in recent months of 2017! 1.) I did my Livescan April, 2017. Do I have to do it again? or is there an expiration date? I heard before that it is good for up to a year if it is for the same reason (NCLEX exam), but I have gotten different answers. BRN has new updates about livescans on the reapply page but it is a blank page clicking into it. 2.) Do I have to wait 45days before applying for the "retake application" on breeze? It does recommend 45 day period and wait for approval, but i dont know what they mean to wait for approval.. I was just thinking since I have to wait for two weeks for them to give me "eligibility notice" through mail, can I just pay so I am good to go when 45 day is up. Retaking the NCLEX is alot of money and I dont want to risk it. I am unemployed, studying NCLEX. Please help answer these questions! quite lost and defeated by this exam.
