Hi guys, just wanted to update that I was offered the position 3wks after my interview:).

Hi All, I interviewed for a new grad RN position on 11/6, and then Monday 11/11 I was asked to submit references. First question: is this a good sign? Second question: do you know how long it takes to get a call back about the position after you submitted your references? I emailed the recruiter 11/18 because someone had reached out regarding interviewing for a different position at NYP, but she couldn’t move foward bc I was currently being considered for the original position. Anyway, the recruiter (who is so nice BTW) asked me which position I would prefer. I responded that I’d prefer the original position that I interviewed for, and that I really want to work at NYP Cornell, and I didn’t want to miss an opportunity. I haven’t heard back since. Any insight anyone has would be much appreciated. I’m still interviewing other places, but I’m hoping to get an answer so I can move forward. Thank you for your advice:)

Hi All! I just received my acceptance letter and I am so excited. I attempted to accept the offer, but when I click on the link it says, "The deadline to for enrollment submission has passed. Please contact our office for more information." Did anyone else have this issue? Thank you!

Hi All, Congrats to everyone who has been accepted or been asked to do an interview! Is anyone still waiting for an interview or an letter? I submitted my fall grades 12/26 and my status says submitted to committee for review still. My science GPA is 3.75, my undergrad was 3.2. I got in the 90s for my TEAS scores. I still have to complete my developmental psych class this spring but all other prerequisites are complete. Does anyone know when they will be done with their decisions? Thank you!

You can still submit your application. It has a section where you put the date that you plan to take the exam. As long as you take the test by November 30th you should be fine.

Yes, You have to pay when you register for the day you choose to take the exam.

I was supposed to take it in aug but I decided not to go. It's been so long since I've done HS algebra/math I needed to study more. I figure if I don't do well on mine this time. I will take it once more before 11/30.

Hi! I applied as well! Have you all taken the TEAS exam? I'm taking mine in a couple weeks. Also, finishing up my prerequisites still.
