Hi everyone, this is my first post on the website. But I am a current ABSN student interested in doing CRNA in the future. I wanted to do CRNA since high school but got side tracked major-wise. my first degree is a bachelors of science in Neuroscience from a competitive university. Unfortunately I barely had a 3.0 gpa in undergrad and have C's on my transcripts mostly in science courses. I am at a 3.7 for my BSN though and hope to stay around that. what I am wondering is, should I stay with CRNA or will my old stats throw me out the race, and I should just switch to NP instead? Will retaking classes really make a difference or will my old mistakes overshadow?
