Hi, I went to the US Embassy last August and asked about my Visa application they told me that it is Active and asking me to pass my VSC. What I know, the petition that the company filed for me as a future employee to immigrate to the US.. So in every letter I received it is stated: Immigrant Visa Case of:... Another is I am confuse, My sister have answered the 9089 form while I did not. After making payment for the fee bill, they sent me the DS-230. after a month or two, I had my medical exam then I was interviewed and it was only the VSC that I dont have.. So, my application for immigrant visa is for the green card? :uhoh21:please help me and lessen my worries... thank you very much.

Hi, My VSC was certified and mailed maybe I will recieve it in two weeks time. Written on my papers, my visa symbol is E(followed by an X? like EX) something like that..:uhoh21: I was actually informed by my employer about the VSC required before visa would be issued. I tried taking the english test and it was only this May that I passed. My employer is still waiting for me. Now, Im worried, am I affected with the retrogression? That it took me 1year and 6 months to submit my VSC. And will I go for repeat medical examination? And I have to ask my employer for a new contract to submit at he US Embassy? Ohh please, lessen all these worries... thank you

Hi, I am worried... Here is my situation. I have a CGFNS Certificate. Last May 2006, I was Interviewed for US working Visa. One requirement I do not have is the VisaScreen Certificate because I have'nt passed IELTS( speaking test in particular) and so they are asking me to submit the VSC... Now I passed IELTS last May 2007.. August, I went at US embassy and asked if my application is still active? And they said "yes" and I need to submit the VSC... I went on to process all my requirements for the VSC. Processing time for the VSC is ussually about 6 mos.right? Now I am worried that by the time the VSC is released and I will submit it at the US Embassy( that is 1 year and 6 mos). Will the US Embassy Consul honor or accept my VSC and will they still process my working Visa? And any advises please... thank you very much.

:balloons: Congratulations to you :balloons: You said that you need your CGFNS Certificate, from what I know, when you passed your english exam( which must be forwarded to CGFNS) then they will send you, your CGFNS certificate... :) bunso

HI, ALTHOUGH I HAVE SIGNED SOME CONTRACT BOTH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL, IM NOT PARTICULAR IN ITS CONTENT, WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS THE SALARY. MAYBE IM SIGNING THIS COZ ILL BE WORKING TOGETHER WITH MY FRIENDS BUT NOW THAT IVE APPLIED ALONE IM AFRAID THAT IM NOT GETTING A GOOD CONTRACT OR THE BEST ONE. WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE IN THE CONTRACT, THE IMPORTANT THINGS I SHOULD LOOK FOR? AND IF CANCELLATION OCCUR, $3500 PAYBACK IS OK? :chuckle HI IM NEW! I NOW HAVE MY CGFNS CERTIFICATE BUT I STILL NEED TO TAKE IELTS FOR MY VISASCREEN...AND I'VE LEARNED THAT IT TAKES 6 MONTHS FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE VISASCREEN??
