I graduated with a BSN 6 months ago. i cant even get an interview. ive been applying absolutely everywhere. i even got my acls thinking it was gonna give me a little boost, but it didnt. can someone please give me some advice or tell me which hospitals are mostly open to new grads because im getting so dicouraged and need to work.
