  1. Hey guys! I got an email a few weeks ago saying I'm cleared to register for the pre-entrance exam. I'm due to take it this month. I spoke with one of the program coordinators and the program begins in January and is 12 months long. They will send out acceptance letters in October. I hope to see some of you there!
  2. Hello everyone! Does anyone know what the length of the LPN program is? On the ECC website it says 24 months but I've read elsewhere that it is 12 months long. Also, does anyone know if the program has a winter entry or only fall? Thanks in advance!
  3. Hi jen128! I will not be attending the program as I cannot afford the tuition out of pocket. The program does not offer any financial aid and my only other option would be to borrow a loan with crazy high interest or pay out of pocket. Congratulations on your acceptance to the program! Hopefully I will be able to attend next year :)
  4. I am sincerely sorry for your loss.
  5. Hello all! I am applying for entrance into the LPN program at Passaic County Technical Institute in New Jersey and was wondering if anyone else here is either currently applying, is currently in the program, or has graduated from the program. For those of you who are in the program or graduated, I would love to hear some feedback in regards to the classes, clinical sites, and professors. I would also like to hear how some of you paid for the program or if you received any financial aid. I don't believe this program qualifies for the Pell Grant or Tag. Any information would be very appreciated
  6. It is my understanding that most New Grad residency programs are geared towards new grads. If you have 6 months+ of experience you may not be considered a new grad anymore. This may vary from program to program.
