  1. Hey guys! Ive noticed that many New Grad Residenxy programs have cut offs for how much RN experience you can have (For example, !9 more than 6 months). However, most people would agree that you should stick with your first RN employer for at least a year. So, im wondering why they include this cut-off? Wouldn't it look bad to leave your job prior to six months? Do you think these residencies would frown upon you leaving your first hospital job/rn job to take part in their residency?
  2. Thanks for the update. Which unit are you waiting to hear back from?
  3. Did you schedule an interview? Is it an interview day? I got the same call but missed it and someone from HR left a voicemail.
  4. From NYU? Was it something you applied to?
  5. Hey tbrn2017-still haven't heard anything since the last email two or so weeks ago. But from the comment above it seems they are holding more new grad interviews soon...I just don't know f that's solely for impatient or OR too. 8 remember at OR interview they said they would be hiring for January/February and March (do you recall this?)but who knows at this point
  6. Has anyone from peri op received an offer? Got this email and don't think it sounds promising: Good Afternoon, We wanted to check in with you and inform you that we have begun extending offers to those selected thus far. At this time you are still under consideration and we will notify you as soon as we come to a final decision. As a gentle reminder, this process involves various factors that determine the best candidates for each opportunity so not all final decisions have been made. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and we will follow up with you as soon as we have more definitive feedback. We understand that you may have a pending opportunity with another organization. If you wish to withdraw from consideration at this time, please let us know. Best Regards, Talent Acquisition Team Human Resource
