Potty accidents
Thank you so much for all the information, it opens a new door to possibly finding the answer. Also parents are a tad bit older, and i think he is also the only child, with that being said, when the topic of emotional issues comes up they only thing that comes to mind is that students seems to be more on the feminine side, ( which i have nothing against) but parents seem to be strict on religion which may cause some conflict on accepting or understanding. Again all this is just from what i have been observing in the last 2 years.

Again this is just all from my observation in the last 2 years but if has something to do with medical i will reach out to parents as best as i can.

Potty accidents
The accidents are occurring usually after lunch/lunch recess that because he gets caught up playing he "forgets" student is a second grader so around 8 years old. i advised mom i would get him after his lunch and take him to the restroom and wait for him outside, hoping that will somewhat minimize these types of accidents. apparently student was already taken to pediatrician for some test, things came out normal,

Potty accidents
im sure we all dealt with those students who didn't make it on time to the restroom because they were playing, or simply just didn't make it on time. One student in particular, an ongoing issue since last year is constantly defecating on himself, and we are calling parents for change of clothing etc. Today mom was just in tears, felt helpless, and just didn't know what else she could do to avoid this from happening. offered her the option of sending student with depends and change of clothing so he can change and clean self, student states he waits til last min because hes playing or that the noise scares him from the flushing. have anyone encountered a similar situation?

fall
Parents eventually showed up and carried her out, of course student did not show up to school today, shes was a trooper! but it does get frustrating when you have those students with high temperatures or need to be picked up immediately and no one is available

fall
Today a student had a fall slipped on water and hurt her knee, unable to walk she was wheeled to the health office after doing some examination student was able to bend leg no swelling at that moment but sensitive to touch and in pain, parents were contacted and are 2 hours away, we cannot give any medication, elevated leg, applied ice, offered emergency services to be able to administer meds for pain or swelling they denied because they didnt want there insurance billed. So i have a kinder in my office in pain with a now swollen knee. Advice Suggestions?
