    I am new nurse (graduated December 2020). I started at a level 1 trauma hospital with a “residency” and after 5 months moved to a level three trauma center that doesn’t technically have a residency. Most hospitals in the area offer periop 101. I’m happy to share what I know! Good luck to you as you finish school and navigate NCLEX And your first nursing job.
