  1. Hello Ladydee14. I just took my NCLEX-RN after being unsuccessful the first time. The first time around I used Kaplan, which for many has been very useful. However, it didn't match my style or learning. After checking different NCLEX review questions banks I chose Uworld. I can tell you more about how I organized my studies if you prefer. For now, know that I completed all their qbanks and 2 assessment test. About a week before my test I reviewed my notes in conjunction to Mark Klemik guides. I also completed the majority of the Priority and Delegation LaCharity book. Compared to my first time, I felt 100% prepared especially w/SATA questions. First, don't schedule your test without truly knowing how and when you will be done prepping for the test. Also, don't aim for the 75 mark, that is not the goal and will only bring you anxiety. Passing that mark only means you need a bit more. You are still in the game. Please reach out and seek help, I'm sure you just need a better way to see things and you will be successful the next time around. I'll be checking this thread in case there is something I can do to help you. Dont forget that you are a Nurse because you successfully earned your Nursing degree. This is just a test and I'm 100% sure you will be successful.
  2. Sorry, a little late to the party. Student-2020 where you able to find any help to prep you for your last NCLEX attempt? Did you see what I did there, since I know you will be sucesfull the next time? :)
  3. Congratulations!! I took my NCLEX today for the second time. My first time, I did Kaplan and after 265 question found out I didn't pass the following day, then got my CPR showing all areas were near passing. For my second turn I used Uworld, LaCharity, and Picmonic. Today the computer paused at question 74 asking if I wanted to take a break and then shut after my 75th questions. I'm praying God has mercy on me and allows me to get my RN licence this time around.
  4. Hello My name is "I better pass this darn test". I used Kaplan on my first attempt and even thou it was useful for many in my cohort, it obviously didn't work for me. Then, I discovered that many in my group were also using UWorld besides Kaplan, so I gave it a try. So far....I LOVE IT. I will retake Jul 31. Im currently 70 questions away from completing the entire 1958 Qbanks. I have 66.9% correct and 31.5% incorrect putting me in a 94% rank. However, since after taking a group of questions, I will study the rational and retake the incorrect questions, I dont know if my scores are actually correct. Any help shedding some light on the effectiveness of these scoring will be appreciated.
