I wanted to apply to MVC but didn't because I felt that I wouldn't have high enough points there but I have 2 friends in the program and they really like it. I also like that they have good scores and are a smaller group. I took most of my courses there and really liked the school in general. I've only taken one class at El Centro and hated the whole transportation part and having to pay for parking if I drove..but thats just me because Im not used to that.. does everybody usually take the Dart? Or how do you guys get around? If I don't get into ECC I will most likely apply to MVC next semester since I'm more familiar with it..and from what I've heard it's a good nursing program also!

It was on the El Centro website where I saw that they would be taking applications until Oct 5th. It said that the people who applied on time(in July) would receive their letters by Oct. 15 and that the ones that applied on Oct. 5th would know by the end of Oct and that if there was extra students who applied late with good points that they would be automatically accepted into the Fall of 2018. Since none of us ever received anything I have a feeling that now they decided to just send out the EMAILS all at one time no matter when you applied. The probation thing could also be a reason, who knows though.. I just want to find out already

Yeah the 80 on all sections is why I had to wait to apply! & You are right 2 people from my job applied and they didn't even have above 80s on all sections. Best wishes to everyone on here!

Same I drove all the way to Van Alstyne, TX! Yeah, my friend was going to apply and they told her she could still apply until Oct. 5th. I'm so anxious to find out already!

They told me that they take the hesi report sheet that you submit with your highest score. That's what I did. & about the points I think that it just depends on the points people apply with each semester because I knew a guy who got in last spring with 29 points! & They extended this Spring 2018 deadline to Oct. 5th.. So maybe it was because not many people applied.. who knows but I'm just really anxious to know if I got in or not! í ½í¸“í ½í¹„

Last week I signed up for informed delivery with USPS it lets you see a front pic of every mailpiece you should receive each day! & its free. Now i just check that every morning and calm down for the rest of the day lol. That has helped me from constantly checking the mail..
