I have heard mixed things abput working there and know they are in a period of intense change and growth. Does anyone know about their reputation or know anyone who currently works there who could give me an inside scoop as I try to decide wherjer to take the job or not? Thanks so much!!

Hmm, ok thank you! Would it be ok to apply to a behavioral health posting and a med/surg posting? I love psych but as a new grad I also want to get the basic med/surg skills so would be interested in working in med/surg for a couple of years at least. Also bc on down the road Id love to work in a Psychiatric ED.

Hello! I am a new grad RN BSN currently applying to jobs in NYC. Is applying to multiple jobs in the same hospital system a faux pas that makes me look like I don't know what I want? OR do employers want to see that you are flexible as a new grad, and so it looks good that I've applied to multiple? I have ideas about what type of nursing i"d ultimately like to be in, but for now I just want to start getting work experience and there are multiple areas I'm willing to work in. Any thoughts from experienced RNs or nurse hiring managers would be much appreciated! Thank you!!

I took my NCLEX Feb 14 and paid for quickresults which said I passed. I haven't heard anything from the NY BON and when I search for my name on the NYSBON license verification lookup page there are no results. Hopefully soon

When did the application open? I am graduating in December and want to apply for the residency next year. Since they don't post it, I will plan on checking the website every day, but wondering if I can get an idea of around when to start checking. And which webpage do they post it on? Thanks so much!!

Hey all, How did you find the details for the UCSF RN Residency program? On their website I see that it just says to search their jobs website for "RN Residency program" and save the search, which I did in December 2016 but never got notified or anything. Is that how you all found it? I Graduate this December so am interested in applying for 2018. Thanks so much in advance!
