Hi guys! I intend on applying to the December Cohort. What are the average stats i’m getting in? I haven’t been able to get into any of the Houston schools so WGU is my last resort.

Guys theres not really a point in constantly calling them. Theres probably a legitimate reason as to why theyre late with sending out stuff. Calling them isnt going to make them go any faster. I know its hard and its sooo annoying but it is what it is ?

Does anyone know anyone who's gotten in with a gpa under 3.0?

ive just gotten the nursingcas stuff so far

I'm retaking some right now but its only 1 and the rest are going to be during the summer so the timing isnt quite right. I really needed to poop during the exam so i'm beating myself up becauese I know I wouldve done well lol. as far as my GPa goes, i just really slacked off and there was no one to blame but me.

Hey guys, I'm in a dilemma right now. So for some stupid reason I missed my TEAs exam this morning and I was going to use that score to apply. My old scores are in the 70s, nothing less than a 72, and my highest being an 84 in math. Theyre not the best, which is why I was planning on retaking them. I knew for a fact that I would get a higher score bc this time around I actually studied. My GPA however, is absolute *** lol. Its at around a 2.8 ish and barely a 3.0 for science pre reqs. Should I even bother applying? I've heard from quite a few people that SHSU is just as competitive as the other houston schools.

Do you think GPA matters more or HESI? My gpa is pretty low rn but i'm pretty satisfied with my HESI score, although it is not as high as yours I got denied for Spring 2019 and Summer 2019, so im trying one more time

On the list of immunizations, it says we need Hepatitis C vaccine...? or something to do with hepatitis C but im really confused because there is no vaccine. Unless they meant if I have Hepatitis C I have to bring in lab report documentation?

well not the lowest per se. i meant if you retook it, they only take the most recent score even if it was lower than your first time sorry for the miswording haha

If you dont need to retake the HESI, dont. Because if you end up getting a lower score, theyre going to take the lower score. What are your individual scores? Individual scores are looked at more than composite.

for those who are making or have made another application for a different cycle, if we get an email for the supplemental application again, does that mean we dont have to resubmit everything to NCAS?

sorry if its already been stated in a previous post, but have denials been sent out yet? if not, whens an approximate timeline of when they will be sent?

I resent all of mine just in case. I would recommend doing it just to be safe.
