Hello everyone! I'm about to start working as an agency nurse mostly in LTC facilities. Any tips that would be helpful in being a successful agency nurse would greatly be appreciated. My main concern is learning different facilities' routine. What is a typical routine for majority LTC places? I do plan on arriving early for my shift, and willing to be a part of their team.
