  1. I am due to start in the fall with the RN to BSN program with Texas tech and trying to decide on the 2 or 3 semester degree plan. I will be a new grad nurse and would like to finish as quickly as possible but also don't want to kill myself doing so. I can't figure out how the classes work though. Are they all at once or is it one class every few weeks?
  2. Are you looking for the Facebook group? If so here it is. Log into Facebook | Facebook
  3. I would also recommend retaking your A&p's. I got a C in my first round of a&p after an awful professor. I learned that ratemyprofessor is your bff. I retook it in the summer with stacy Vasquez who was awesome and I highly recommend!! Then I took micro the second summer session as well and a&p2 in the fall and took a professor that was really recommended and pulled off an A...barely.
  4. Any last minute people dropping off applications today??
  5. If you drop off your application today or tomorrow let us know what number applicant you are!!
  6. I'm assuming there will be a lot of last-minute applications as well. Curious to know what the final number will be.
  7. They will let us know by the end of April right?
  8. My friend just said she was applicant 257 this morning.
  9. Yay!! I probably saw you there today!! I'm super excited how much I improved my Math score. I have had to relearn a lot of stuff!! Good luck!! I feel good!!
  10. So I dropped off my application but they didn't give me what number I was because the girl that handles them had stepped out so i had to leave my phone # in case I forgot anything. So I'm applying with A&P 1: A A&P 2: A Micro: A Hesi: 90
  11. I'm retaking HESI tomorrow morning and will hopefully drop off my application that afternoon. I will follow up what # applicant I am! :)
  12. Thanks for doing that! I found it! :)
  13. Chemistry is my nemesis. All the others I have quite a few of so i plan on doing bsn as well. I had just never actually looked at the classes required. Thanks!
  14. Do you have a link to what classes are required for the BSN?
  15. So Cassie told me that the tb test is before acceptance but the instructions clearly say after. Anyone do the tb test before or should I bother?
  16. I still have to get my TB test and an MMR booster as well as the passport photo. Doing all of that tomorrow and I'm retaking my HESI next week hoping to raise my score a few points.
  17. Anyone know if we have to go to the information sessions or whether or not it's helpful? Is there any info I will get there that I don't already know??
  18. I'm bringing mine next week. Have a few more things to do! :)
  19. I'm replying to my own post. LOL. I got the audit finished. I wasn't unclicking something.
  20. So I'm a tad confused. I'm going through the checklist of things to be in the application and it says: Nursing Program Degree Audit (Web Advisor) or if transcript evaluation is not complete , you will need to bring o fficial transcripts and science course descri ptions from other institutions. C. TOEFL - iBT/ I E LTS/ or documentation of graduation from high school with English speaking country (if required). They already have my transcripts from high school so I'm assuming this isn't something I need to somehow print and include? And I've done the audit but nothing happens, it just says OK after and I click on the OK. Is that it? I've put in an email regarding the audit. I know they've already got all of my classes from college before as I don't need to take anything else but I'm worried I'm going to screw something up!
  21. I'm pretty sure its just the 4 sections. Not each subsection.
  22. Anyone know if we have to have the TB test prior to application? Or is that after the acceptance?
  23. I don't plan on putting my application in until I retake the HESI again which I already have scheduled. I got a 87.5 and I am not confident with that score so I'm going to retake again now that I've brushed up on my math.
  24. I need to figure the insurance thing out too since we use a healthshare program. It qualifies for tax purposes but I'm not sure about this.
