You're welcome! I would recommend contacting the professor if there's no information about exam 1 yet. I'm not sure when you all started, but usually everything is there from day 1. But you're correct, it is not an easy course. Even with it being online, it's still a lot of work and studying. However, use all the resources that you can, to get through the course. Try not to stress so much and you'll be fine.

Hi, Yes, but I did not pass. So, I'm currently in the traditional pathway. However, I would recommend Simple Nursing and Nurse Sarah to teach you everything. Use an AI website/chatbox to generate study notes for you and test questions with rationales and SATA. Buy a dosage calculation book to help you understand how to do dosage calculations and the different methods. I brought one from LevelUp RN via Amazon. Get a pharmacology book too! You will need it. Also, ask the other students if they're are willing to start a study group. This will help greatly verses trying to study by yourself. Consistently, do this and you should be fine. Hello, Can someone please send or share with me any resources you used to pass this course? I'm in a LPN-RN program and this is the first course we have to take to move forward in the 12 month program. However, the exams are not matching up to any of the readings we are reading. The professor doesn't teach anything and we are basically teaching ourselves and have no clue what is needed to study to pass these exams. I also use NCLEX-RN prep questions to help but that's not working to help with the exams either. I pass everything else but my exam grades have not been the best and I'm unsure what to study to help me pass the last few exams, so I can succeed in the class. Please help!

Hello Everyone, My name is Mia and I attend PGCC. I'm currently taking the nurse petitioner courses for their nursing program and was planning to apply this fall for spring 2019 admission. My plan was to take the ADN route and receive my RN. Then work while in a RN-BSN program that way my job can pay for some of my BSN courses. However, I just found out that they have failed (2017) their passing rate for Maryland for the 3rd time. Since I found this out I have decided that I need another plan to reach my goal. I have came up with two back up plans, but I don't know which one I should choose please help! Share any ideas, plans, and/or advice you may have. 1) Transfer to another ADN program (AACC or MC) 2) Transfer to a BSN program (Towson or UMD) Thank You, Mia

Hello, So, I'm currently a sophomore at a 4 year university. I haven't declared my major yet because I haven't found what I would truly enjoy and love. I am currently taking Economics (intended major) and it is really difficult for me and I've noticed that with that degree it will take me long time to become a financial advisor (future job). So, I don't really have the confidence that I will be able to get a good paying job that I will love after I graduate. However, I am thinking of going back to the first field of interest (medical) except do nursing, but I don't know if it is too late for me to do nursing since I have not completed any of the prerequisites. I would like any help possible on what I should do? Should I start over my 4 years (BSN track)? Leave the university and go to a community college RN-BSN? or graduate with a degree and do a nursing accelerated program? Any advice would be helpful! thank you
