Did they send them all out or are they still deliberating? My application still says Awaiting Decision. If I don't get a spot, I'd rather it just say so. Ugh...

Are we cooked if we haven't heard anything? Damn...

How did the interviews go?

It just says Application ready for review.

Are the people replying now are those who applied before May 30th? I submitted mine just before the Sep 1st deadline and haven't heard back at all. No rejection, nothing.

What was the format like last year?

Just went to the virtual open house. They said they haven't even looked at applications yet. ~250 applicants. 75 interviews. 19 slots. They said interviews will go out at the end of October. Good luck everyone!

Anybody able to give insight to the zoom meeting? There's two scheduled. How many interviewers per panel? Is it faculty in the first panel and students in the 2nd panel?

I bombed that KIRA assessment. ? The 2nd question response was only 1 minute 15 seconds long. I barely even set up the scenario.

Anybody know how to get a score report of the CCRN? I took mine years ago and I have no idea where it is.

Are we supposed to submit transcripts to the school? I literally just posted my school and the GPA and the # or units, but it doesn't ask for transcripts. This is like the weirdest application I've done so far.

I took those classes 20 years ago and got an interview. I bombed the interview but my application didn't get overlooked.

Did they call you to inform you of the rejection? I'm not getting any calls

They more than likely only want people who are currently in ICU, not critical care transport.

They emailed me and said the results of my application were in. And then the letter says we regret blah blah blah.

I did. Honestly, I don't know why I got denied so fast when I meet all their minimum requirements and my science GPA is like 3.8ish. My personal statement is similar format to one of their current/former students, but personalized to me. I literally only applied because I thought I had a winning formula LOL.

Quick question, did you guys submit official transcripts or did you guys only submit unofficial transcripts? I only submitted unofficial transcripts via the portal with uploaded documents. I only looked at the application portal when I submitted my application, but I just checked the admisison portion on the Duke website and it said to submit official transcripts to the listed email.

Potential applicant for 2024. Couple of Qs: Why'd you pick this school? I can't even find the average # of cases VCU students do on the COA website. Do they specialize in regional blocks? Are the hospitals you work at under ACT or CRNA only models? What's the deal with the sites for the school? Do you apply and they just place you at any site? Any pros/cons of one site over another?

Just wondering about the pay for a PBNR nurse. It's their new grad residency program. Are we started on the same pay scale as a staff nurse?
