Problems with installation of Saunders CD.

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone had problems installing the Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX-PN CD on their computer. I tried installing it on windows vista 32 bit and 64bit. After I try loading up the software all i get is "Access Denied." Also I tried installing it on MAC OS X and the program just opens up BLANK. Anyone have a solution to this problem or should I try installing on windows xp? Thanks in advance.

There are several threads here on what needs to be done. Just do a search for them, or try to put in on Window's XP. It will also depend on how old your copy is as to whether or not it will work on Vista.

Hi. I also had this problem and read this post then did some further problem solving. I looked at the instructions and called the number on the insert. I gave them my information and they said they will send me a different CD with the same edition that will work on my Windows Vista. Talk about customer service! I was shocked that they did this at no cost. Hopefully I should get the CD in the mail in the next week. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info. Too bad all companies are not that good in the customer service department.

I had this problem and called customer service. Rec'd prompt, friendly service and replacement CD arrived in a couple of days. Yes, it was free of charge. :)
