Private Duty

Next month it will a whole year since I've been a CNA :yeah::nurse: And in that time I've spent working in assisted living, and a couple of months in LTC. Now I've just accepted a job at a CCRC (continuing care retirement community) and I will be doing private duty for a nice lady in the nursing home part of the facility. So my question is for the private duty aides out there: How do you like doing private duty? Are there any pros or cons?

I must admit, it will be quite a change from taking care of 15 people & now just dealing with one person!! Any advice would be mucho appreciated :redbeathe:redbeathe:redbeathe
