Filled out the reports a couple of times, but nothing ever came of it. One was a belligerant drunken old fogie who didn't like having his "drunk" messed up by being hauled into the ER by ambulance, just because he was passed out, and then getting PC'd. He threatened to find and kill several of us. He ended up with other charges, and the PD wanted everything he could get to take to a judge to demonstrate the whole picture.

The next was a woman who didn't think she was psychotic, wouldn't undress, cooperate, and ended up punching me in the face when I tried to be too empathetic, and pulled security back from her. She also kicked another nurse, and got the doc in the jaw. My doc insisted we file, since she has been stalked and beaten in a hospital parking lot, by a similar type.
