    What do you mean by "medical"? Pharmacology? Knowledge of disease management?

    One thing to keep in mind. If an organization is using a 'test' as part of the hiring process, it MUST be reliable and valid (Federal Law) and directly related to the duties of the job you are seeking. So, it won't contain any off-the-wall or unusual things that wouldn't be encountered in a 'normal' patient care situation.
