How can I take my Prerequisites better ? I know taking A&P 2 & Microbiology is going to be thought for me.

I would choose Algebra over Stats. And I'm really surprised there's no chem requirement for micro. It's really chemistry heavy, IMO.
I'm taking A&P II and Micro this semester (with two other classes) and so far it's not bad. I have A's in everything. I think your schedule looks fine. You could take A&P I over the summer, A&P II in the fall, Micro in the spring if you're really worried.

I would say your first step is to stop with the negative self talk. You CAN do this!! I'm surprised you don't need chemistry of some sort as well.
Personally I wouldn't want to drag it out so long, but since you don't apply until next spring, it works.
You could also get a CNA certification and get a job while you are in school part time... That may help with your application.
