Preparing for Nurse Internship interview

I am a senior nursing student who has an interview coming up for a nurse intern position over the summer.

I would like some advice as to what I can do to prepare for the interview. For those who usually interview prospective nurse interns, what do you like to see in these interns?

For those who have had these interviews, what type of questions do they usually ask?

All feedback will be greatly appreciated.:nuke:

When you say "intern," do you mean a program for people who are new graduate RN's? ... Or do you mean a program for students who will be returning to school in the fall?

There is a difference in the advice I would give depending on the role.

The internship is for senior nursing students who are to graduate from nursing school in December 2008.
