Pre-Nursing Student help!!!

I am a pre-nursing student currently working part-time (at night) as a unit secretary. My hospital is a very fast-pasted county hospital, and it is driving my crazy!! I wanna leave, but i also wanna stay for the trauma/med-surg experience. Do u guys think that is wise to stay there for experience, or to go to a better

operated and managened facility!!!

Please, I need all the help that i can get!!!

As a former nursing instructor, I recommend you go some place else. You may not receive the same respect there as you might some place else.

Good luck!

i think its great you are getting your feet wet in the hospital setting why not dive in and try to get in elsewhere as a patient tech. best of luck.;)
