So I just applied for the pre-health program at Durham college. I admit I am bad at chemistry and I slacked in high school, so if I succeed in this program do you think they will focus on this more than my high school grades when I go for RN after completing this program? I really wanna be a nurse..

Your high school grades will not count for anything. All they are good for is getting into college. A nursing program may want to see that you've graduated but none of your grades from high school will count towards your GPA in college.
