PPD test

So I got my annual PPD test done yesterday for school, going to get it read tomorrow. I know medical advice can't be given but at the actual injection sight it feels like the smallest pimple. I can see where the needle was put in. Could it be positive? Kind of worried. Never had a reaction like this and I have always had negative results. Probably should just calm down and wait until tomorrow afternoon. Just wanted someone else's opinion!
