Posting a survey guidelines?

Hello fellow grad students. I am in the process of doing my capstone project and I would like to post a survey link via all nurses. Can anyone tell me if there are specific guidelines to doing this or if I need approval from the site administrator? Thank you and good luck to all my fellow students!

Did you get a response regarding your survey? I filled out the form and I don't know if they received it or if it's lost in cyper space. Any comments would be grateful.
