Hi everyone!!! I recently interviewed for a New Grad RN position and had my first panel interview right after my interview with the Recruiter by surprise. I was really not expecting to have both on the same day since when I asked the Recruiter who I'd be interviewing with while I was scheduling the interview appointment by phone she told me I'd be interviewing with her and did not mention anyone else. Anyways, I think it went Very well. I really enjoyed it and the whole interview process lasted two hours.
Now my concern is that I was so nervous I forgot to ask the Nurse Managers and the other people I interviewed with for their contact information after the panel interview. I interviewed with exactly four people at the panel interview, and made an effort to jog down their names right after the interview, however there are two names that I really don't remember and can't figure out. Do you think it'd be okay for me to call the recruiter directly and ask if she could give me the contact information/email address or at least ask if she could give me the names of all the people I interviewed with so I could send them personalized thank you notes by mail. and just say i wanted to make sure I wrote down the names correctly?
Thank you for your help in advance.
About the above post. I actually found the names and emails of two of the Nurse Managers and one DON that I interviewed with. However, i can't find the email of the other Nurse Manager i interviewed with. I figured I must have written the name incorrectly. The recruiter told me a decision will be made by next Wednesday. Since it's so soon, do you think it's okay for me to just email a thank you note to only three out of the four people I interviewed with, since I cannot find the other person's email and the decision will be made very soon?

Totally fine to submit 3 out 4 email thank yous PLUS sending handwritten mail thank you---doing extra was always candidate I chose.

Contact the recruiter for the other person's name and email. Sometimes recruiters will decline to give out email addresses and simply forward the email on for you. You might also thank the recruiter for arranging the interview while you're at it.
