I already have a master's as an acute care nurse practitioner, and I am interested in completing a PMHNP program. Has anyone had attended Winona State' post master's certificate program in Minnesota? Or the University of North Dakota master's program for PMHNP?
Are there other online programs that anyone has completed or are currently attending that they would recommend?

Go to NursingCAS and open an account, you can look for a lot of programs by format (online, hybrid) on there. I am currently looking into this as well.

Regarding UND PMHNP program: It has had significant changes and is having some challenges. 1 primary professor for most of the psych NP classes who is also the director - with no accountability. Also, they do not provide everyone with clinicals as they advertise. Hopefully, the program will improve, but at the moment, they are not the first program I would recommend. Very poor communication, no support for students and you need the mentality that you will be teaching yourself.

I currently attend the University of Southern Indiana. They do not provide clinical sites, but are helpful in suggesting locations. The instructor(s) are usually encouraging and helpful. The reading material is of course voluminous and the exams are challenging, but having tuition rates under $400.00 per hour and not charging out of state rates is a real perk (the University of North Dakota also has reasonable tuition). I have also heard that Frontier University in Kentucky is decent and they have the bonus of a 12 month DNP bridge program if you obtain your masters there. They are a bit more expensive (in the $650 range per hour) and they do require two or three intensive campus visits, but I have heard reasonably good things. Also heard good things about the University of Cin. in Ohio with their online PMHNP program.
@myoglobin not anymore:
we just learned that the rates for the University of North Dakota - UND are skyrocketing to $827 from ~$480/ credit. >800 is comparable to other schools, but not when clinicals are not easily provided (instead they are currently patchworked together and you need to find your own if you are in another state). In the state of MN, many universities have priority with local hospitals/ facilities/ organizations -so, UND has great difficulty competing with clinical placements.
I would suggest that you review the US News and World Report reviews here:
https://www.usnews.com/education/online-education/rn-nursing-masters-degree . They also have a separate review for DNP and RN to MSN programs. Find a compromise that you deem acceptable between attributes you care most about, price, and admission requirements.

I'm going to second the recent feedback on UND's PMHNP degree. Three major curriculum / program overhauls in less than two years. Most of the good instructors are gone. It's really unfortunate. I chose this program due to its reputation, and that rep is no longer valid. If you think you can teach yourself from a book, don't mind a ton of busy work, and have a job that allows last minute changes, this may be the program for you.
The University Of Southern Indiana remains around $400.00 hr. There are a few other national programs at this price point. The problem with many/most of them is that they have a significant "bump" for out of state students something USI does not.

Looking for more information on on University of Cin. in Ohio online post master's PMHNP program, as I want to make sure it is a well run program that current or past students would recommend as it is not eligible for financial aid.
