    I think I was able to get the gist from a quick search and so you should be able to, as well.

    AN is a great resource, but only if you appear to have put some effort into your own research.

    Asking for an answer "quick" is usually a sure-fire way to get no help here.

    Not being a jerk, just explaining how it works here to spare you any further frustration in waiting for an answer that may never come.

    to put it bluntly, if you can't get with the program on this aspect you might as well save yourself a lot of trouble and start looking for another line of work, because you aren't going to have the skill to continue in nursing school.
