I'm taking the nclex in a week, well actually in 6 days. We had a great nursing program (and the passing rates prove it, even got a 100% last year:yeah:) I'd like to think that I wouldn't have made it alive if I didn't have what it takes... Several people in our class already took it and passed!!! ALL of them may I add..
I've done nothing but study (about 5 hours a day) since graduation, took Kaplan, and been averaging 60-70% on the qbank tests(66 overall). Got a 70% too on qt 7! My best friend in school already passed, and we pretty much performed the same way in school and in Kaplan!
I'm terrified that I'll be the 1st one in my class to not make it. There's just so much riding on this. Any tips for my last 6 days???
I'm retaking the qbank and just reading the book. I'm beat but the pressure keeps me going...

Read over the rationales from Kaplan...and if you can, do the tests again. Also do the alternative questions test in Kaplan. I found that the rationales really helped me understand the material a lot better.
Good luck!

Thank you! I realized that there's no way that I can memorize the Kaplan book. I am retaking the tests and will go over the rationales. I appreciate the advice. 5 days to go!
Thank you :)

I used Kaplan too. Passed with 75 questions. Personally, I thought NCLEX was easier than Kaplan....
You are better prepared than I was. Be confident with your knowledge and you will do great.
Good luck!!

Thanks. It makes me feel better that Kaplan does work. I just can't seemto shake off the nerves. I've always been able to manage the nerves in school, I'm just pretty terrified about this one. Congratulations btw. I'll post my (hopefully) nice results here.
Thanks :)
