Please help me to pass my background check

How can I keep this out of my record?

after I look for a parking for 30mn I saw someone who was living and I parked without noticing that it was a hasted area of handicap on Black Friday at the outlet mall. The ticket is $500. Any advice I really want to fight it. I have never had a ticket in my life. I am going to pay it I would like to know how can I keep it out of my record

    Parking fines will in no way impact your professional license/ potential license/ nursing school entry. Pay the $500 and NEVER do it again. No Black Friday deal was worth that, was it?

    parking tickets will not show up on your background check at all. Not paying the fine might result in a boot or a warrant, so pay it.
